I'm not sure how appropriate the data I've used is. Some from rolling starts on the road with 1s recording, some from standing starts on the track, 0.5s. But the track starts are not quite maximum efforts, so I'll do some specific testing.Axelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06450979054385841274noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7494097266323039749.post-61627424030090617262010-12-13T23:06:36.827-08:002010-12-13T23:06:36.827-08:00Very cool.

LOL

At some stage I expect to gather more start data as my NM power has improved since then but I suspect my results will always be a bit skewed.

Unfortunately my pre-amp start data is all Powertap data and not sure it would be suitable.Alex Simmonshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10881438594014875713noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7494097266323039749.post-83744200249272839972010-12-10T12:50:33.985-08:002010-12-10T12:50:33.985-08:00Very nice, great post.
What can an athlete do onc...Very nice, great post.

What can an athlete do once they test for their force velocity curve to determine fiber makeup? How does fiber makeup impact things like recovery, adaptations to training a specific power level, aptitude for certain events...etc? Post 4 request :)Dave Harrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17199180181304602551noreply@blogger.com
